Privacypolicy.

Who we are

This website is operated by the production studio DND Productions. The site's address is https://www.dndproductions.sk, contact e-mail info@dndproductions.sk. We handle your personal data securely and in line with applicable law (GDPR).

The enquiry form

When you write to us through the enquiry form, we store the details you enter there yourself — name, e-mail and message, plus phone, location, date, budget range or a chosen package, depending on what you fill in.

We use this only to reply to you, put together a quote or arrange a project. We don't share it with third parties, sell it, or use it for bulk marketing emails.

Embedded YouTube and Instagram content

The films and reels on this site are embedded from YouTube and Instagram. For your privacy, no player loads automatically — it only starts once you click it yourself.

From the moment you play it, it behaves exactly as if you'd visited that site directly, and YouTube or Instagram may collect data about you under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

This site currently doesn't use any analytics or marketing cookies. If we ever turn on visit tracking (for example Google Analytics), we'll ask via a cookie banner first — nothing is measured without your consent.

How long we keep your data

We keep data from the enquiry form only for as long as needed to handle our conversation, or for as long as the law requires — for example invoicing and bookkeeping on business projects.

Your rights over your data

You can ask us at any time for: what data we hold about you; a correction or update to that data; or the complete deletion of your contact details from our systems, unless another legal duty (such as bookkeeping) requires us to keep it.

Just write to info@dndproductions.sk.
